Automat Scan twitter followers

This time I will share U about how to automat scan twitter follower.
Preface,
Follow as much as you can are good to get new follower.
But since You have too much people to follow, U will get this message by twitter " Oops, You have reached limits bla2..."

Then I go to support.twitter.com to find why this is happen?
I got this messages:
"We do not limit the number of people who can follow you, but we have put limits on how many other accounts you can follow.
Every account can follow 2,000 users total. Once you’ve followed 2,000 users, there are limits to the number of additional users you can follow. This number is different for each account and is based on your ratio of followers to following; this ratio is not published. Follow limits cannot be lifted by Twitter and everyone is subject to follow limits, even high profile and API accounts.
In addition to this account-based limit, every Twitter account is technically unable to follow more than 1,000 users per day. Please note that this is just a technical limit to prevent egregious abuse from spam accounts. Accounts are also prohibited from aggressively following other users. Our Follow Limits and Best Practices Page has more information on Twitter’s following rules."

But why others can follow over than 2000?
Focus at this statement:
"based on your ratio of followers to following; this ratio is not published. Follow limits cannot be lifted by Twitter and everyone is subject to follow limits"

This mean if You want follow people more than 2000, you must also have ratio follower close to 2000.
Good ratio is followers > following, followers = following.

How I can know which people I follow are not following me back again?
Go To who.unfollowed.me/lite , then sign in with your twitter account, now you will able to scan twitter followers.
There are 3 options to scan twitter followers:
-check unfollowers
-who's not following me back
-unfollower history

When You Choose who's not following me back, You will see something like this:















What I do next? All you need to do is unfollow people that listed in people that aren't following me back.
Congrats.... Now You can follow back new followers again.... ^_^
